Our terms and conditions
Conditions of use
1. Website content
The author makes no guarantee that the information provided will be up to date, correct, complete or of a decent quality. Liability claims against the author, which relate to material or non-material damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of erroneous and incomplete information, are generally excluded, insofar as the author is not proven to be at fault for deliberate actions or gross negligence. All offers are non-binding and subject to change. The author expressly reserves the right to change, amend or delete parts of the site or the entire site without notice, or to temporarily or definitively cease publication thereof.
In the event of direct or indirect links to external sites (“links”) beyond the author’s control, the author would only be held liable if it is aware of the content and it is technically possible and feasible for it to prevent usage in the case of illegal content. The author therefore expressly declares that, at the time the link was created, the relevant linked sites were free of illegal content. The author has no influence over the current or future layout or content of the linked sites, and thus hereby expressly dissociates itself from the content of all linked sites which have been modified after the link’s creation.
This applies to all links created within its own website, as well as for external entries in guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. Illegal, erroneous or incomplete content, and particularly damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information, is the sole responsibility of the linked site’s operator; not the operator of the site merely referring to the respective publication via links.
3. Copyright and trademark law
In all publications, the author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, audio files, videos and text used, to use self-made graphics, audio files, videos and text, or to rely on licence-free graphics, audio files, videos and text. All brands and trademarks stated within the website and possibly protected by third parties are unconditionally governed by the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. A mere mention does not imply that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights! The copyright for published objects created by the author itself remain the sole property of the site’s author. Such graphics, audio files, videos and text cannot be copied or used in other electronic or printed publications without the author’s express consent.
5. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service run by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” – text files stored on your computer, enabling analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie in relation to your use of this website (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA, where it is saved. Google will use this information to analyse your website usage, compile reports on website activities for the website operators, and render other services associated with the website and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is stipulated by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
6. Legal validity
This disclaimer is classified part of the website from which you accessed this page. If parts or individual formulations of this text do not comply with the applicable legal position at all, any more, or in full, this shall not affect the content or validity of the remaining sections of this document.
